I move amendment No. 8:

In page 13, between lines 13 and 14, to insert the following: “(3) Where a notice or other document is required or authorised by or under this Act to be served on or given to the owner or occupier of land and the name of the owner or of the occupier cannot be ascertained by reasonable inquiry, it may be addressed to “the owner” or “the occupier”, as the case may require, without naming him, her or it.”.
