Forget about that, since it is totally out of the equation. The involvement of any religious ethos is out of the question. That is clear in the legal documents underpinning this new hospital. A 300-year lease on the hospital for €10 a year has been agreed. Through the constitution of the new hospital, the articles of association and the golden share arrangement, there are cast-iron guarantees that all legally permissible services in the State will be provided today and into the future.
