Perhaps "delighted" is not the right word. I am once again obliged to raise the absence of respite services in Galway. I hope I do not get an answer about the hundreds of thousands of hours being provided. I acknowledge that, but what is happening here in Galway might be different from the rest of the country. A message from one person says that like many people in the west, they are exhausted after struggling for 18 months, day and night, without a break. People are not complaining. They are simply asking for the right to respite services, which have been done away with, with Covid being used as an excuse. Will the Minister of State address that issue and take a hands-on approach? I realise she has been rebuffed on many occasions when she has taken a hands-on approach.
