I move:

That provision be made in the Act giving effect to this Resolution for the charging in accordance with the Act of levies on certain single-use items; to provide for the charging in accordance with the Act of a waste recovery levy; and to provide for the establishment of the Circular Economy Fund, into which proceeds from the levies may be paid.
