To ask the Minister for Children, Equality, Disability, Integration and Youth if his attention has been drawn to the fact that more than a small number of childcare sessional and school-age childcare, SAC, services will be adversely affected by the newly announced core funding model; the guarantees he can give these services that they will not be worse off; if the staff working in these services can avail of the uplift; if not, the reason that they do not qualify; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
