To ask the Minister for Housing, Planning, and Local Government the reason for the planning application submission delays for the Emmet Road development since the agreement to proceed with the project in July 2018; if his attention has been drawn to the fact that, apart from those engaged with the consultative forum, local persons have not been kept informed of developments since March 2021; when the first large-scale public affordable cost-rental project on the former St. Michael's estate site in Inchicore, Dublin 8, will be delivered; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
