I wish to advise the House of the following matters in respect of which notice has been given under Standing Order 37 and the name of the Member in each case: (1) Deputy Jennifer Murnane O'Connor - to discuss plans to provide Carlow town with a design 2 ambulance base; (2) Deputy Donnchadh Ó Laoghaire - to discuss today's bed waiting list figures, which place Cork University Hospital at the top; (3) Deputy Holly Cairns - to discuss the need to reverse the closure of the early intervention unit at Kilbrittain National School, County Cork; (4) Deputy Colm Burke - to discuss the crisis in relation to taking in charge of developer-built sewage treatment facilities by Irish Water; (5) Deputy David Stanton - to discuss recognition of Carrigtohill and Midleton, County Cork, as an education centre for second level school transport; (6) Deputy Thomas Gould - to discuss neglect of infrastructure on Cork’s northside and the distribution of funding streams; (7) Deputy Joe McHugh - to discuss engagement with the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland on the defective blocks scheme; (8) Deputies Ruairí Ó Murchú and David Cullinane - to discuss difficulties for healthcare workers accessing funding for a nursing training programme run by a third level college (details supplied); (9) Deputy Maurice Quinlivan - to discuss the overcrowding issues at University Hospital Limerick; (10) Deputy Christopher O'Sullivan - to discuss the closure of Kilbrittain National School's early intervention special class; (11) Deputy Michael McNamara - to discuss the need for the fully reopening of the National Driver Licence Service, NDLS, centre, Ennis, County Clare, to the public without necessary appointments following the recent easing of Covid-19 restrictions; (12) Deputy Pádraig O'Sullivan - to discuss sourcing home help from private providers where the HSE cannot meet commitments; (13) Deputies Bríd Smith, Paul Murphy, Richard Boyd Barrett and Gino Kenny - to discuss Palestine; (14) Deputy Mick Barry - to discuss the need for more specialised neurology nurses in Cork University Hospital; (15) Deputies Mairéad Farrell and Pat Buckley - to discuss how a protected disclosure can be resolved, and the need to protect whistleblowers after making a protected disclosure; (16) Deputy Brian Leddin - to discuss local government's responsibilities on climate action, given Galway city's revocation of the trial of the Salthill cycleway; and (17) Deputy Paul McAuliffe - to discuss delays to post-mortem services in Dublin city.

The matters raised by Deputies Jennifer Murnane O'Connor, Mairéad Farrell and Pat Buckley, Brian Leddin and Colm Burke have been selected for discussion.
