To ask the Minister for Culture, Heritage and the Gaeltacht the reason the basic income pilot scheme for arts and culture workers is limited to 2,000 persons rather than including all arts, entertainment and music workers; if she will reconsider this number; the way she plans to choose the participants in the scheme; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
