I move amendment No. 32:

In page 57, lines 11 to 13, to delete all words from and including “The” in line 11 down to and including “opinion” in line 13 and substitute the following: “The Board (M) may, at any time and with the prior approval of the Minister, remove the chief executive officer from office if, in the opinion of the Board (M)”.
