To ask the Minister for Finance his views on the impact of the competent authority agreement entered into by the Revenue Commissioners and the Maltese tax authorities in shutting down the structure known as the "single malt"; if he or his officials were at any time aware that the single malt structure was still in use despite the provisions of that agreement; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
