I move:

That Dáil Éireann approves, under Article 29.5.2° of the Constitution, the terms of: (i) the Common Aviation Area Agreement between the European Union and its Member States, of the one part, and the Republic of Armenia, of the other part;

(ii) the Agreement on air transport between the European Union and its Member States, of the one part, and the State of Qatar, of the other part;

(iii) the Euro-Mediterranean Aviation Agreement between the European Union and its Member States, of the one part, and the Republic of Tunisia, of the other part; and

(iv) the Common Aviation Area Agreement between the European Union and its Member States, of the one part, and Ukraine, of the other part; copies of which were laid before Dáil Éireann on 20th August, 2021.”
