Amendment No. 1 is in the name of the Minister of State, Deputy Butler, and arises out of proceedings on Committee Stage. Amendments Nos. 1 to 9, inclusive, 11 to 18, inclusive, 24 to 31, inclusive, and 37 are related. Amendment No. 3 is consequential on amendment No. 2, amendments Nos. 5 to 7, inclusive, are consequential on amendment No. 4 and amendments Nos. 16, 18, 24 to 31, inclusive, and 37 are consequential on amendments Nos. 11 and 12. Amendments Nos. 1 to 9, inclusive, 11 to 18, inclusive, 24 to 31, inclusive, and 37 will be discussed together. If Deputies can remember all that, they are entitled to an award.
