I move amendment No. 3:

In page 7, line 6, after “market;” to insert the following: “to provide for a requirement that a proportion of the dwellings built be genuinely affordable in perpetuity to rent or buy and that the remainder remain public housing and that the proportion be decided by the relevant local authority in consultation with the communities;”.
