The Deputy says the report should be repudiated but it is complete. When the Oireachtas decides to establish a commission of investigation, it decides from the outset that it cannot interfere or interrupt the investigation. The report has been produced and covers mother and baby homes and the county homes from 1922 to 1998, a span of 76 years. The report is approximately 3,000 pages long.
