It is proposed that, notwithstanding anything in Standing Orders, No. 10b, motion for the financial resolution for the Health Insurance (Amendment) Bill 2020, be taken now without debate, that any division demanded thereon shall be taken immediately, and that Topical Issue matters shall be taken on the conclusion of the proceedings on the motion for the financial resolution.
