As the time permitted for the debate has expired, I am required to put the following question in accordance with the order of the Dáil of 20 October: "That the amendments set down by the Minister for Children and Youth Affairs for Committee Stage and not disposed of are hereby made to the Bill; in respect of each of the sections undisposed of, other than sections 4 and 5, which are hereby delete, that the section or, as appropriate, the section, as amended, is hereby agreed to in Committee; the Title, as amended, is hereby agreed to in Committee; the Bill, as amended, is accordingly reported to the House; Fourth Stage is hereby completed; and the Bill is hereby passed."
