Before commencing, the House must agree the arrangements for next week's proceedings of the Special Committee on Covid-19 Response. Those arrangements were notified in the report of the Business Committee, which was circulated to Members this afternoon. Can we take those arrangements as read and can I take it that the committee's proposals are agreed? Agreed.
