It was agreed at the most recent meeting of the Business Committee, subject to the agreement of the House today, that rather than having a rapporteur for the course of this period of different activity, we would take the committee's report as read and simply put the questions to the Members in order to speed up the whole process. Is that agreed? Agreed.

Arising out of the report, there are two questions to be decided by the Members. Is the proposal for dealing with Wednesday's business agreed to? Agreed. Is the proposal for dealing with Thursday's business agreed to? Agreed.
