I hope to take less than two minutes in order to allow the Minister the same time to give a response. I understand that his officials are extremely busy dealing with some of the outworkings of the coronavirus crisis, but I want to use this opportunity, which is the first opportunity of the new Dáil to put questions to him, to raise the case of Shane O'Farrell, who was a young man from my home town.
