The Taoiseach said on St. Patrick's Day that the bill will be enormous in terms of the immediate health costs as well as the economic consequences that flow from that. Obviously a key question is who will pay that bill. The attitude of the Government and what has happened so far does not make one particularly hopeful, particularly when one looks at the approval of the change by Revenue to the rules governing tax exiles so that they are not discommoded by the corona virus crisis and are able to continue with their status. Will the Government drop its appeal to the Apple tax ruling and seek to access some or all of the €14.3 billion in the escrow account to use in the context of this crisis?

Finally, I will repeat a question posed by Deputy Boyd Barrett earlier. Why on earth is Ernst & Young, now called EY, the former auditor of Anglo Irish Bank, involved in the drafting of a plan to get back to "business as usual"?
