To ask the Minister for Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation the number of companies by size that had filed with the new Register of Beneficial Ownership, which is overseen by the Companies Registration Office, by 22 November 2019; the number of filings as a percentage of all companies that have filed according to size breakdown; the number of companies by size that did not file with the RBO by this date; and the number as a percentage of all companies that did not file according to size breakdown.
