Will Deputy Smith consider the offer from the Minister? Is the proposal for dealing with Wednesday's business regarding planning and development agreed to? Agreed. Is the proposal for dealing with Thursday's business agreed to? Agreed. I would like the attention of the Deputies for one minute.
