To ask the Minister for Health the timescale for the full reversal of financial emergency measures in the public interest, FEMPI, for GPs and the ending of the two-tier pay scales for consultants; the other steps he plans to take to address the issue in view of the severe shortage of GPs and hospital doctors and the serious impact which this is having on patient care; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
