I move:

That the proposal that Dáil Éireann approves the following Regulations in draft: Horse and Greyhound Racing Fund Regulations 2019, copies of which were laid in draft form before Dáil Éireann on 15th November, 2019, be referred to the Joint Committee on Agriculture, Food and the Marine, in accordance with Standing Order 84A(4)(k), which, not later than 3rd December, 2019, shall send a message to the Dáil in the manner prescribed in Standing Order 90, and Standing Order 89(2) shall accordingly apply.
