It is proposed, notwithstanding anything in Standing Orders or the Order of Business of 2 July 2019, that All Stages (resumed) of the Judicial Council Bill 2017 from the Seanad shall be taken immediately following Questions on Promised Legislation and shall be followed by the weekly divisions. Topical Issues shall be taken following the suspension of the sitting under Standing Order 25(1).
