I move amendment No. 58:

In page 5, to delete lines 5 to 7 and substitute the following:“An Act to provide for the establishment of a body to be known as An Bord Parúil or, in the English language, the Parole Board; to provide for its functions; to amend certain enactments; and to provide for related matters.”.

Amendment No. 58 is a simple, straightforward amendment which replaces the Long Title of the Bill. It states that the purpose of the Bill is to provide for the establishment of a parole board and to provide for its functions.
