Can the Minister give a commitment that, for the future and for as long as we are outsourcing to laboratories abroad, on which my views are well known and I do not need to rehearse those, slides will not be read in a laboratory where people have not been physically present to investigate and to carry out that quality assurance? Clearly, quality assurance by phone or by whatever means was being used, was not working.
