It is proposed, notwithstanding anything in Standing Orders and the Order of Business of 28 May 2019, that No. 10b, motion re establishment of the special committee on key issues affecting the Traveller community, will be taken tomorrow, without debate, after the motion re proposed approval by Dáil Éireann of the Planning and Development Act 2000 (Exempted Development) (No. 2) Regulations 2019, back from committee.
