I move:

That the proposal that Dáil Éireann approves the following Orders in draft:(i) Sectoral Employment Order (Construction Sector) 2019, and

(ii) Sectoral Employment Order (Electrical Contracting Sector) 2019,copies of which have been laid in draft form before Dáil Éireann on 9th May, 2019, be referred to the Joint Committee on Business, Enterprise and Innovation, in accordance with Standing Order 84A(4)(k), which, not later than 16th May, 2019, shall send a message to the Dáil in the manner prescribed in Standing Order 90, and Standing Order 89(2) shall accordingly apply.”
