I move amendment No. 91:

In page 46, between lines 26 and 27, to insert the following:

“(3) (a) The airport authority, or a person upon whom there is a noise impact from the airport, may, by notice in writing given to the competent authority, request the competent authority to review the effectiveness of the noise mitigation measures and operating restrictions (if any) on achieving the noise abatement objective.(b) The competent authority may, at its discretion, comply with a request under paragraph (a).”.
