To ask the Minister for Culture, Heritage and the Gaeltacht if a pilot project will be introduced to microchip hares at some coursing meetings during the 2019-2020 coursing season in consultation with an organisation (details supplied); and if submissions in relation to the matter will be considered from animal welfare organisations directly concerned with the protection of hares.
