Before proceeding, on my own behalf and on behalf of Deputies, I offer a céad míle fáilte, a most sincere welcome, to the Minister for Foreign Affairs and Trade Promotion of Malta, Mr. Carmelo Abela. The Minister and his officials are accompanied by H.E. Mr. Leonard Sacco, the Maltese ambassador to Ireland. They are most welcome and I hope they will enjoy their brief stay in Ireland.
