I move:

That, pursuant to Standing Order 154, it be an instruction to the Select Committee on Health, in relation to the Health Service Executive (Governance) Bill 2018, that the Committee has power to make amendments to the Bill which are outside the scope of the existing provisions of the Bill, in relation to the carrying out of health needs assessments and to make other consequential amendments required to take account of the changes above.
