I move amendment No. 20:

In page 7, lines 14 and 15, to delete “Section 148 of the Act of 2001 shall, with all necessary modifications, apply to the chief executive, this Act and the Act of 2000 as that section applies” and substitute the following:“Sections 148 and 154 of the Act of 2001 shall, with all necessary modifications, apply to the chief executive, this Act and the Act of 2000 as those sections apply”.
