I move amendment No. 6:

In page 6, line 19, after “Council” to insert the following: “and recognizing that the Commission has stated that based on the work the WHO has undertaken regarding the assessment of the health impact of noise that the Commission will be revising Annex III of Directive 2002/49/EC to take account of this health impact”.
