I understand that the Deputy has these questions. That is all I would say, first of all. Is it credible? I do not know what was going on in the mind of the officials in having some sense of how they could ensure that whatever negotiations were going on would result in something that was good. I do not know what was going on in their minds. I understand the Deputy's question whether it was credible. I understand that the Deputy is asking that. There is a question but I am not going to answer it.
