As the Deputies will be aware, the HSE advised in June 2018 that the process was delayed and I accept the point that the facility would not come into operation until early 2019. It is coming into operation now. To give assurances to the Deputies, I confirm that the HSE has advised the Department that the enabling works are well under way. That amending tender took place in February 2018 and the HSE awarded a contract to the successful company in April 2018.
