To ask the Taoiseach and Minister for Defence his plans to implement the recommendations of the review of psychiatric services for the Defence Forces in view of the recent unsuccessful attempts to recruit a full-time military psychiatrist; if other recommendations remain outstanding; and his further plans to strengthen services for the mental health of Defence Forces members.
