If my fellow Deputies are concerned with the possibility that a young girl under the age of 16 could have an abortion without the knowledge or support of her parents or guardians, then I implore them to support the amendment. The amendment is about parental notification. Deputy Coppinger spent her seven minutes talking about doctors and issues that happened over the weekend. We do not want to waste time.
