An offer will be made to the woman to view the ultrasound image and to listen to the heartbeat. If that is impossible for some people, we do not want to be cruel about that. I was present when my wife gave birth to all my babies and it was wonderful to hear the heartbeat and see the movements. It was the most delightful occasion I could ever experience. To be told here by Deputies O'Connell and Coppinger that we have notions or that we are raving. Thankfully, we are not all backward, as they like to portray us. We have wives and families as well.
