I am not, however, entirely satisfied with the way things have been communicated in the last couple of weeks and, in particular, how we have resolved it. It took longer than we expected to resolve it. I have commissioned an independent review of how the changes in the illness benefit scheme were deployed, how they were implemented and how they were communicated both to stakeholders and to citizens and participants in that scheme. I will come back to the Deputies when I have that.
