Will the Taoiseach expand on the review to be carried out by Mr. Peter Smith that he announced last week? Is he writing the terms of reference? Is he reviewing the process? Is he internal to it? Is there any conflict of interest as a consequence? Will the Opposition have an opportunity to feed into the terms of reference? What is the timeframe involved? Will there be an opportunity to have a debate in the House on the matter to deal with the terms of reference or the process involved?
