Before proceeding with business, on my own behalf and on behalf of the members of Dáil Éireann, I wish to offer a céad míle fáilte, a most sincere welcome, to Her Excellency Dr. Helena Dalli, the Minister for European Affairs and Equality of Malta, who is paying a short visit to Ireland. The Minister is accompanied by the Maltese ambassador to Ireland, His Excellency Mr. Leonard Sacco. The delegation is very welcome to Ireland, and I hope they find their visit to be to our mutual benefit.
