I move amendment No. 2:

In page 3, to delete lines 15 to 17 and substitute the following:"(b) an appropriate mechanism is in place to restrict the sale pursuant to a licence granted under this section of intoxicating liquor on the premises, for consumption on the premises, to persons who have completed a guided tour of the premises,".
