I move amendment No. 102:

In page 35, between lines 15 and 16, to insert the following:"(7) The Commission shall consult with the Courts Service for the purpose of keeping under review the needs of the users of the courts with respect to proceedings being conducted in the Irish language and shall, from time to time, provide a written statement to the Procedures Committee of matters that the Commission considers to be relevant to such needs of those users arising out of any such review and consultation.".
