I move amendment No. 90:

In page 30, between lines 3 and 4, to insert the following:“(5) In deliberating or making a recommendation to the Government pursuant to this section, the Commission shall have regard, in addition to the principles in section 7, to the objective criteria in the published statement in relation to this section.”.
