I move amendment No. 89:

In page 30, to delete lines 1 to 3 and substitute the following:“(4) In deliberating or making a recommendation to the Government pursuant to this section, the eligible members of the Commission who have made an application referred to in subsection (1)shall not sit as members of the Commission.”.
