I move amendment No. 42:

In page 14, to delete lines 3 to 8 and substitute the following:“(8) The Irish Human Rights and Equality Commission shall nominate one of its members, being a lay person, to be the member of the Commission to whom section 10(1)(g) refers and the person, so nominated, shall accordingly be appointed by the Minister to be the member so referred to.”.
