I move amendment No. 136:

In page 33, lines 24 and 25, to delete all words from and including “comply” in line 24 down to and including line 25 and substitute the following:“carry out the remedial action set out in the direction under section 69 within such period as the patron, with the consent of the Minister, may direct.”.
