I move amendment No. 123:

In page 30, lines 9 and 10, to delete all words from and including “comply” in line 9 down to and including line 10 and substitute the following:“carry out the remedial action set out in the direction under this section within such period as the patron, with the consent of the Minister, may direct.”.
